Redefine is Supportworks’ flagship conference, curated exclusively for their contractor Network. Over three days, attendees are immersed in strategic training, big-stage inspiration, and experiences that strengthen their mission to redefine an industry.
In 2024, I developed a theme focused on reconnecting to our roots—an homage to the grit and determination that built the Network. The design system reflected that grounding through nature-inspired textures, warm earth tones, hand-drawn elements, and tactile typography.
The final night party delivered an unexpected twist: a disco takeover with a retro Studio 54 vibe—filtered through the earthy lens of the brand. We blended browns and rusts from the conference palette with big disco wigs, retro lighting, and a full-on roller rink for a perfectly on-theme, delightfully offbeat finale.
